- The Blending: Blend at maximum power. At first, it will seem like it lacks liquid, but be patient and use the spatula (with the blender off) to push the ingredients towards the blades. We are looking for a thick texture, not a liquid.
- The Superfood: Add 1 tablespoon (0.5 oz / 15g) of hulled hemp seeds to the mixture and blend for a few more seconds to integrate them.
