This chilled cream is the ultimate answer to the heat. Inspired by Greek tzatziki but with a more fluid texture for spoon eating. An extremely light dinner, rich in probiotics and water.

- Preparation: Partially peel 2 large cucumbers (leave some skin for color and fiber) and chop.
- Base: Put the cucumber in a blender along with 250g of plain unsweetened yogurt.
- Flavoring: Add a small garlic clove (germ removed), some fresh mint leaves, and a squeeze of lemon.
- Blending: Process everything at maximum power until a very fine, smooth cream is obtained.
- Adjustment: Add a drizzle of EVOO and a pinch of salt. If too thick, add a little cold water.
- Chilling: Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Serve very cold with some dill on top.
